CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to the Spa Social Team, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

 Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment:

 -Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.

 -LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.

 -A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.

If using a GROUPON and you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment - your voucher will be redeemed and will be required to give a credit card for future bookings.
